Selena Gomez might be besties with Justin Bieber, but that doesn't mean she loves everything about the guy. In fact, his signature hairstyle is a bit of a sticking point for the "Wizards of Waverly Place" star, who recently told Radio Disney that if she could chop off his trademark locks, she would.
"You're not the first person who challenged him," she noted after Radio Disney host Jake Whetter suggested giving the "Baby" singer a trim, perhaps referencing the time Ellen DeGeneres tried to chop off a bit of his hair. "Everybody wants to cut his hair. I want to cut his hair! You're with him and you have, like, a 45-second conversation and it's like, [he's flicking his hair the entire time] and I'm like, 'Why are you doing that!' "
Gomez doesn't think that all of Bieber's powers lie in his lustrous locks. "I don't think it's the hair, I don't. He's got game. He knows what he's doing. Yes, he does. He knows exactly what he's doing," she explained. "He's a very sweet kid and he loves his fans, and I think that's why he is Justin Bieber."
Earlier this year, Gomez chatted about another signature Bieber trait — his size. She said that he should embrace his pint-sized stature, adding that at one show he asked her to take off her heels to make up for the height difference — but she wouldn't comply. "[I told him] 'No, I'm not going to take off my heels. You're short, embrace it.' He's getting taller, though."
